Welcome to tryroselyn.com, operated by Silas Petereit, trading as Roselyn ("Roselyn," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Site is intended for customers in the United States.
Products & pricing. We try to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and may cancel any order (with a refund) if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or a violation of these Terms.
Promotions. Discounts, sales, and codes are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Subscriptions. If you enroll in the filter refill subscription, the separate Subscription / Auto-Renewal Terms (Section 5) apply and are incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, and the Roselyn™ name) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers. The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. See the Health & Results Disclaimer (Section 6).
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silas Petereit (Roselyn) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Germany shall have jurisdiction. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you under the laws of the United States or your state of residence.
Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
