Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after processing. Some items ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, which can affect delivery windows. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and high-volume periods. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and offer the choice of continuing to wait or receiving a prompt refund.
Shipping cost. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.
Lost or stolen packages. Once a carrier marks a package delivered, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen at the delivery address, but contact us at info@roselyn.com and we'll help you file a carrier claim or find a resolution.
Incorrect address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
