Refund policy

Because Roselyn is a personal-hygiene product, our return rules balance your protection with health and safety.

100-day returns (unused). You may return products within 100 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided they are unused and in their original, unopened/sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned under this standard-return option — but they are still covered by our Money-Back Guarantee below. To start a return, email info@roselyn.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item was defective or incorrect.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee (even if used). We stand behind Roselyn. If you've used your product and you're simply not satisfied, contact us within 100 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. This guarantee is our voluntary promise and is in addition to any rights you have under law. (Limit: one guarantee refund per household; the showerhead should be returned or its return waived at our discretion.)

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@roselyn.com within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve your guarantee claim. Shipping on your original order was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
